For a correction, use a clear subject such as “Wrong Last Date”, “Broken Official PDF” or “Incorrect Category”.
What to include
- The exact page URL.
- A short description of what appears wrong.
- The correct information, if known.
- A link to the current official notice or department page.
- A screenshot only when it adds useful context.
Please do not send
Do not email passwords, OTPs, Aadhaar numbers, bank details, complete certificates, application credentials or other sensitive personal documents. We will never ask you to pay a government application fee into a personal account.
Response and correction process
Messages are reviewed according to their clarity and urgency. A source-backed deadline or link correction is normally easier to investigate than a general request. We may reply for more information, update the page, move it to review, or explain why no change was made.
Official recruitment support
Questions about application acceptance, fee refunds, admit-card login, examination centres, category certificates or result disputes should be sent to the helpdesk of the relevant recruiting authority. Their contact details are usually listed in the official notice.
