Admit card and exam-city updates: what to check

An admit-card page should help you reach the official download or login route and understand which examination the notice belongs to. It should not repeat unrelated vacancy, fee or eligibility sections. Some authorities release an exam-city slip before the final admit card, so read the label carefully.

After downloading, check your name, roll number, photograph, examination date, shift, reporting time, centre address and the identity documents allowed at the venue. Contact the official helpdesk if a personal detail is wrong.

Practical checks

  • Use the registration number and password only on the verified official domain.
  • Print or save the admit card early instead of waiting for the last evening.
  • Read prohibited-item and reporting-time instructions before travelling.

Common questions

Is an exam-city slip the same as an admit card?

Not always. A city slip may show only the city and date; the final admit card normally contains the centre and candidate instructions.

Can this website correct my admit card?

No. Personal-data corrections must be requested from the issuing authority.

Source rule: A summary is for convenience. The current official notification and the issuing organisation’s website remain the final source.
